  • Develop and maintain data historians, trending tools, and reporting systems
  • Design and optimize alarm management systems to ensure clarity and usability
  • Architect and troubleshoot SCADA networks and system infrastructure
  • Commission systems onsite and ensure proper operation under real-world conditions

  • Support system upgrades, expansions, and continuous improvements
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and comprehensive technical documentation
Core Competencies
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities across SCADA systems, PLCs, and industrial networks
  • Ability to translate complex or incomplete requirements into functional system designs
  • Effective time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Clear communication with both technical teams and plant operators
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Sound judgment in balancing quality, efficiency, and project timelines
Qualifications

  • Prefer 5-10 years of PLC / HMI programming experience, 1-3 years SCADA programming experience, 1-2 years of AutoCAD drafting experience
  • Strong organizational skills and Leadership Skills
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Ignition, Factory Talk, Wonderware, or equivalent
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation Logix platforms or similar PLC systems
  • Solid understanding of industrial networking, system architecture, and data flow
  • Proven ability to execute projects from design through commissioning
