Shift: 5x8 Days (8:00am–5:00pm) + On-Call Rotation
Pay: $2,360/week
Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Home Health & Hospice RN for a 13-week travel assignment. This role involves providing skilled nursing care to patients in homes, nursing facilities, and community settings within a 60-mile radius of Dickinson. Candidates must have prior Home Health and Hospice experience. Mileage is not paid separately and is factored into the bill rate. On-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Perform initial assessments and develop individualized plans of care
• Conduct ongoing reassessments and revise care plans as needed
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate care as Case Manager when assigned
• Provide patient and family education
• Communicate with physicians regarding patient condition and orders
• Arrange necessary equipment and services
• Supervise and evaluate home health aide services
• Complete documentation in Home Care Home Base EMR

• Active RN license required
• Home Health & Hospice experience required
• BLS certification required
• Current Driver’s License required
• Proof of Auto Insurance required
• Must meet 50-mile radius rule
• Cannot be employed with Common Spirit/CHI/Dignity facilities within the past year
