+ Performs all duties and responsibilities inherent to Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse as required.

+ Coordinates the unit schedule based on productivity (short-term & long-term basis)

+ Assists director with department charge reconciliation.

+ Completes investigation of incidents on the unit including assisting director with education and coaching PRN.

+ Monitors performance and quality improvement projects on the unit. Provides staff with real time feedback PRN.

+ Assists with payroll functions as needed.

* + Bachelors Of Nursing Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and 1 year of experience at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson

+ Registered Nurse:
North Dakota, upon hire and

+ American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and

+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days and

+ Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 90 Days

** Preferred*
* + Charge Nurse experience

* $37.40 - $55.63 /hour
