- Provide one-on-one nursing care in client homes
- Assist with medication administration, wound care, G/J tube feeds, catheter care, and daily nursing tasks
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions
- Report changes in condition to RN and care team
- Support clients and families in maintaining independence at home
- Maintain clear, timely documentation in Therap system
- Current North Dakota LPN license
- CPR certification
- TB screening or documentation
- Previous home care or facility experience (preferred)
- Dependable and compassionate with strong attention to detail
