- Schedule: Nights, with every third weekend and holiday shifts as needed. Minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required:
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Active nursing license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP
- Ability to pass fit testing with facial hair compliance
The rural hospital has limited services located over an hour from the NICU. The unit operates with a patient‑to‑nurse ratio of 1:1–2 during labor and 1:2–3 postpartum, following AWHONN guidelines. Nurses will float to neighboring units as needed, primarily assisting with sitting patients and troubleshooting neonatal ventilators. Orientation includes three 12‑hour shifts. Scrubs are provided. RTO requests must be submitted upfront for a maximum of 7 days within the 13‑week contract.
