Seasonal Legacy Square Maintenance Worker

Seasonal Legacy Square Maintenance Worker will be responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of Dickinson Legacy Square buildings and grounds
. This employee will also help support the Marketing and Events Team and to execute events at Dickinson Legacy Square. Duties may include, but are not limited to, work at concerts, festivals, holiday events, community events, and other daily programming and the work required to prepare for these events.

Salary: $19.84 per hour

Schedule: Days, nights and weekends, up to 40 hours/week

Seasonal: June-September (Flexible starting dates)

• Perform general maintenance of Legacy Square facilities and grounds (power washing, cleaning bathrooms, turf, and sandpit).
• Assist with event setup and cleanup
  , including moving equipment, tables, chairs, and signage.
• Support the Marketing & Events Team during programs and special events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and patrons.
• Help with landscaping care under the direction of the City Forester.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum age:
  18+
• Six months of related experience preferred (but not required).

• Mostly outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs
