General Managers - To maintain the overall satisfaction and experience of customers and employees, General Managers oversee all activities within the facility. Responsibilities include overseeing day to day operations, HR activities such as hiring and maintaining employee files, and to train and motivate all employees. General Managers are also responsible for maintaining store profitability with regards to cost of goods and labor.

General Managers will monitor all food ordering, inventories, and weekly store performance paperwork.

• You have 1+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for controlling costs and leading great shifts.
• You are willing to train for 3-4 weeks at a specific location but will work in any of our locations once training is complete.
• Open availability, as this position requires a flexible schedule.
• You are all about creating a great place to work for your team.
• You want to make your customer's day and it shows in the way you are fanatical about serving amazing food with a big smile.

• Are you willing to relocate to Dickinson? Dickinson isn't currently open so training would be held in Bismarck with eventual relocation to Dickinson.
