Compensation

Hourly Wage: $20 - $33 per hour (equal to or exceed the required minimum wage).

Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply.

This role focuses on the safety and security of associates, customers, and merchandise. Responsibilities include investigating, thinking critically, and solving complex problems.
