Full-Time | $52-$55/hr | $100/Day Per Diem | Excellent Benefits

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Dickinson, North Dakota. This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in their craft, values safety, and wants steady work with a strong, supportive team. The Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within industrial, commercial, and oilfield environments.
Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and/or oilfield settings
• Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Perform troubleshooting and routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes
• Complete work orders, safety documentation, and job reports accurately and on time
• Collaborate with project supervisors and site teams to ensure efficient workflow and safe operations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Current Journeyman Electrician License (North Dakota or transferable)
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes, electrical systems, and safety practices
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or oilfield environments strongly preferred
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant worksite

Schedule

• 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
• Day shift
• Monday-Friday
• Overtime available
• Weekends as needed

Location

Based in Dickinson, ND, with work in surrounding areas. Local candidates are preferred, but per diem is provided for qualified travelers.
