Entry Level Oil & Gas Floor hands - 14/14 - ND & WY

This company is seeking Floor hands to join their oil and gas drilling operations in North Dakota and Wyoming. Floor hands play a vital role in supporting rig operations, assisting with equipment handling, maintenance, and safety procedures. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to learn in a hands-on, outdoor environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those interested in starting a career in the oil and gas industry.

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours without sitting
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds independently and frequently handle heavier items with assistance
• Comfort working at heights (50 ft. or greater) for extended periods
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to climb steep stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and crawl
• Clear communication skills in English (read, write, speak, and follow instructions)
• Ability to work closely with others in confined spaces and live in crew quarters
• Willingness to travel to and work in remote locations on a rotational schedule
• Willingness to work unscheduled hours as needed
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug/alcohol testing and background checks
• One (1) year of stable work history

• Six (6) months of stable related work history (e.g., farming, ranching, construction, heavy equipment, or military service)
• High School Diploma or GED
