Field Specialists - Artificial Lift - Up to $36/hr + Housing & Travel - Dickinson, ND

UpTalent is seeking Artificial Lift Field Specialists for a nationwide oil & gas company based in Dickinson, ND. This role includes field installation, troubleshooting, and optimization of ESP, VSD, and gas lift systems in challenging environments. Specialists work a 3-on/1-off rotation and receive housing and travel support. Ideal for electricians or mechanically inclined technicians with a strong safety mindset and field independence.

• Certified electrician or 2-year technical degree with electrical focus
• 1+ year in Momentum specialist program
• Strong mechanical and organizational skills
• Willingness to work outdoors and in challenging remote conditions
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
• Full PPE readiness
• Must comply with all safety, QHSE, and certification standards

• Experience with ESP, VSD, HPS, Gas Lift, or esp Watcher systems
• Completion of Momentum levels 1 & 2
• Strong communication and customer liaison skills
• Ability to mentor and train others in the field
