An experienced Workover Rig Operator is needed in Dickinson, ND to lead a crew performing maintenance and repair on oil and gas wells. This role includes operating the rig, supervising crew members, conducting equipment inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Candidates must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions and managing both equipment and personnel effectively. The position follows a 14/7 rotation with competitive pay and benefits.

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol screening
• Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record check
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to supervise and train crew members

• Previous workover rig experience
• Class A or B CDL
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical rig systems
• Experience performing BOP inspection, testing, and installation
• Proven ability to lead crews and maintain productivity standards
