Street Maintenance Operator

The City of Dickinson is looking for a Street Maintenance Operator t to play a vital role in keeping our streets and public spaces safe, functional, and well-maintained. Pay: $24.24 - $26.76 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts (Mon – Thurs or Tues – Fri) with a rotating on‑call schedule

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: Up to 1 year of relevant experience
• License: Valid Driver’s License
  • Obtain a North Dakota Class A Commercial Learner’s Permit within 3 months of hire
  • Earn your Class A Commercial Driver’s License within 6 months of hire (Automatic Transmission, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements required)
• Road Scholar I Certification: must obtain within 2 years
• Forklift Certification: must obtain within 90 days of hire
