We're looking for a dependable Mitigation Technician who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping people during challenging times. No restoration experience? We're willing to train the right person!
What You'll Do- Respond to water, fire, and storm damage restoration projects.
- Perform water extraction and remove damaged building materials.
- Set up drying, dehumidification, and specialty equipment.
- Document damage with photos and moisture readings.
- Move and protect customer belongings.
- Clean, maintain, and monitor restoration equipment.
- Work alongside an experienced team to restore properties safely and efficiently.
- Restoration, mitigation, carpentry, or carpet cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Competitive pay based on experience (DOE).
- Hazard pay for qualifying projects.
- Fully paid on-the-job training.
- Company vehicle(s) and equipment provided.
- Paid vacation and 6 paid holidays.

- Monday–Friday, approximately 40–45 hours per week.
- Hours:
6:30am (occasionally) or 7:30am (typically) to 5:00pm. - Occasional travel and overnight stays (hotel and per diem provided).
- Rotating after-hours on-call schedule with additional compensation once trained.
