Floor hands are sought by Patterson-UTI Drilling Company LLC to join their team in North Dakota and Wyoming. These positions involve supporting rig operations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe work environment. Candidates will work outdoors in all weather conditions and must be comfortable with physically demanding tasks. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and able to work rotational shifts in remote locations.

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours without sitting
• Able to repetitively climb steep stairs and lift/carry 50 pounds independently
• Comfortable working at heights (50 ft. or greater) for extended periods
• Clear communication skills in English (read, write, speak, understand instructions)
• Ability to work closely with others in confined areas and live in crew quarters
• Willingness to travel to and work in remote locations on a rotational schedule
• Must attend and successfully complete classroom training and testing
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing and background checks
• One (1) year of stable work history

• Six (6) months stable related work history (e.g., farming, ranching, construction, heavy equipment or other trade) or military service
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
