Commercial Roofing Foreman / Sheet Metal Roofer
Currently hiring experienced Commercial Roofing Foremen and Sheet Metal Roofers to join our team for commercial roofing projects in Dickinson, ND. The ideal Commercial Roofing Foreman candidate has 5 or more years' of supervisory experience with commercial flat and low-slope roofing and/or architectural sheet metal roofing. Per diem available for qualified travelers (hotel accommodations provided + daily per diem). Pay is $45–$52 per hour based skill set and level of experience.
Commercial Roofing Foreman / Sheet Metal Roofer Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate commercial roofing installation, repair, and maintenance
- Supervise roofing crews to meet production, quality, and safety goals
- Install and oversee installation of commercial flat and low-slope roofing systems
- Fabricate and install architectural sheet metal, including standing seam roofing, metal panels, flashing, coping, trim, gutters, and related components
- Perform field measurements, layout, cutting, bending, fitting, and installation of sheet metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, details, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate project timelines, materials, equipment, and manpower
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other trades
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality control
- Train and mentor crew members on proper installation and safety practices
Commercial Roofing Foreman / Sheet Metal Roofer
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a supervisor leading commercial and/or architectural sheet metal roofing projects
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing materials, installation techniques, and safety procedures
- Sheet metal fabrication experience, including measuring, cutting, bending, and fitting components
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have your own tools and PPE
