Fisher Sand & Gravel North Dakota is seeking Heavy Construction Equipment Operators for their operations in Dickinson, ND. This role involves operating a variety of heavy equipment such as skid steers, loaders, dozers, crushers, and excavators on large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and able to work in diverse weather conditions as part of a team.

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus payable after 90 days

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to operate heavy equipment efficiently
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform routine maintenance
• Basic welding and cutting torch skills
• Acceptable MVR per company policy
• MSHA part 46 and/or part 48 or willingness to obtain (company will pay for certification)
• Ability to lift 80 lbs regularly
• Ability to work in extreme weather (heat, cold, rain, snow)
• Pass pre-employment drug test
• Teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel
