Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Backend Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end full‑stack solutions in an agile environment.
• Guide and mentor the development team, helping teammates learn new tools and techniques.
• Identify and implement system improvements to enhance functionality and performance.
• Analyze needs and the operating environment to ensure solutions align with current architecture and future enhancements.
• Apply Agile methodologies, modern languages/frameworks, cloud technologies, and microservice‑based approaches.
• Build systems that positively impact clients.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position.

• 5+ years of experience with software development.
• Experience with backend web languages including Python, Node, PHP, or Ruby.
• Experience with version control systems, including git.
• Knowledge of front‑end UI development, translating requirements into code and implementing mockups.
• HS diploma or GED.

• Experience with mobile application development.
• Experience with cloud services such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with strategic planning, process improvement, or performance management.
• Knowledge of Section 508 compliance.
• Strong critical‑thinking, interpersonal, team, and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). Salary is determined by location, education, skills, and experience. This posting will close within 90 days of the posting date.
