About the role

Join a mission‑driven, dual‑pilot King Air 200 team based in Dickinson, ND, flying fixed‑wing missions requested by Sanford Air Transport. You’ll be directly responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of each flight from initial dispatch through termination while complying with FAA regulations, company Operations Manual and Specifications, Federal Aviation Regulations, and the Aircraft Flight Manual.

• Serve as a fixed‑wing pilot in a dual‑pilot King Air 200 operation supporting Sanford mission requests.
• Exercise full responsibility for safe, efficient flight operations from dispatch to termination.
• Maintain current working knowledge of the company Operations Manual, Operations Specifications, FARs, and the Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Demonstrate strong piloting skills, sound judgment, and effective crew resource management.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and adapt quickly to changing environments.
• Participate in rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and shared on‑call and vacation coverage.

• Minimum 2,000 hours fixed‑wing total time and 250 hours multi‑engine; turbine time desired.
• Current FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi‑Engine Land and Instrument rating.
• Current FAA Second‑Class Medical.
• Meets instrument currency per FAR 61.57(c) or holds a current company instrument proficiency check.
• Post‑secondary education and prior Part 135 experience preferred.
• Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays, with shared on‑call coverage.
• Resides within four hours of the Dickinson base.
• Weight at or below 240 lbs fully dressed in uniform.

• Shifts:
  
  12‑hour rotating; ~40 scheduled hours per week
• Roster: 5‑on/5‑off and 4‑on/4‑off with shared on‑call and vacation coverage
• Base housing:
  Available during scheduled shifts
• Flexibility:
  Shift swaps available

• $15/day meal stipend while on duty
• Time‑and‑a‑half pay for additional shifts outside the normal schedule
• Onsite maintenance support
• Eligibility for 401(k) and 457F plans
• $13,000 in additional annual pay specific to the Dickinson location
