Airgas is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Dickinson, ND! We are looking for you!

- Support and take ownership of the safe and orderly stocking, storing, and labeling of all incoming materials and supplies at the location’s warehouse for future redistribution.
- Collaborate on picking, packing, and distribution of materials and supplies for delivery via outside carriers or local Airgas drivers.
- Validate delivery of materials and provide a physical receipt.
- Perform periodic inventory of warehouse materials in alignment with team goals.
- Organize and coordinate site warehouse inventoried items.
- Review incoming and outgoing product invoices per Company policy.
- Safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, or other warehouse/material handling equipment.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and follow appropriate Company policies and procedures (SOPs) as they relate to distribution.
- Perform general site housekeeping duties as required to maintain a safe environment for the team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Two years of prior experience in warehouse operations or warehouse maintenance.
- Strong background in the gas, welding, safety supply, or chemical industry.
- Prior experience operating a forklift.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Ability to operate a fork‑lift.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
