Part-time Head Coach, Intramural Women's Flag Football

DSU is looking to hire a Head Coach for Intramural Women's Flag Football. The role reflects Dickinson States commitment to personal service, teaching and learning excellence, and fostering an open and diverse community.

The University seeks a coach who embodies these values and can influence students in an intramural and club setting.

This will be a part time position that will have a season in the spring.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or higher

* College coaching or playing experience

* Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

* Ability to work evenings, weekends, or travel

* Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for students

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

* Head Coach, Women's Flag Football

* Lead all aspects of the women's flag football program

* Plan and conduct practices, skill development sessions, and game strategies

* Recruit and retain students to be in the program

* Manage program operations, scheduling, and any travel necessary

* Promote academic success and personal growth of students

* Ensure compliance with university policies

* Other Duties as assigned within basketball program

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

* $5,000/contract
