Position Overview We are seeking a joyful and dedicated Pre-K teacher who recognizes that the earliest years of education lay the foundation for a lifelong love of learning and of Christ. The ideal candidate will cultivate a classroom filled with wonder, joy, order, and beauty while helping young children grow spiritually, socially, emotionally, and academically. The successful candidate will:

• Create developmentally appropriate, hands-on learning experiences that inspire curiosity and wonder.
• Integrate faith throughout the school day and serve as a joyful witness to the Catholic faith.

• Partner closely with families in the formation of each child.
• Maintain a structured, nurturing classroom environment that supports the growth of the whole child.
• Collaborate with faculty in building a cohesive, mission-driven school culture.

Qualifications Practicing Catholic in good standing preferred. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Valid Texas teaching certification or the ability to obtain certification. Experience teaching preschool or early childhood students preferred. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Passion for classical education and willingness to grow in the classical tradition. Commitment to ongoing professional and spiritual formation.
