Job DescriptionProvide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and brand loyalty.
General FunctionServe as a brand ambassador, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while maintaining visual standards and compliance with company policies.
Major Duties and Responsibilities- Promote an excellent customer experience by greeting and serving customers, informing merchandisers of stocking needs, maintaining visual standards, and solving customer issues.
- Manage complex customer service situations and support VIP clientele to ensure retention.
- Stay up‑to‑date on product assortment and act as an informed brand ambassador.
- Actively listen to and follow instructions from management at any time.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
- Comply with professional regulations, internal rules, and the company’s code of conduct.
- Attend occasional work meetings.
- Communicate proactively with management about punctuality or obstacles.
- Leverage personal sensibility, style, and community connections to represent the brand.
- 1 year of previous sales or customer‑service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience.
- Self‑motivated, team player.
Pay Range: $24.03 per hour. Benefits include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
