Fileting and hand-breading chicken pieces according to standardized recipes and procedures;
Station Setup & Maintenance:
Setting up the breading table, preparing the milk wash, and keeping the workstation clean, organized, and sanitary;
Inventory Management:
Stocking thawing cabinets and the breading table using FIFO to ensure freshness and prevent waste;
Quality Control:
Ensuring all breaded products meet Chick-fil-A's quality and consistency standards;
Efficiency During Peak
Hours:
Serving as the primary person responsible for breading chicken during busy breakfast and lunchtimes to meet demand
