Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans. Operates forklifts safely for picking, moving, and placing merchandise. Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks and collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners. Receives and organizes stock from distribution centers and suppliers, maintaining inventory flow in accordance with company procedures. Provides member service, acknowledges members, identifies member needs, guides purchasing decisions, and resolves member issues.

Maintains safety of the facility through safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe conditions. Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation, zones areas, stocks and rotates merchandise, and ensures proper display of promotional items. Supports club pick‑up orders, stages products for pickups, and performs occasional inventory audits. Tracks goods, maintains in‑stock levels, and controls shrinkage. Operates and maintains forklifts safely, reports conditions, and ensures equipment readiness.
