Partnering closely with our doctors, clinical assistants, and leadership team, you’ll set a welcoming vibe, keep practice flow running smoothly, and ensure every patient leaves happier than when they arrived. ** What You’ll Do (Your Impact)**
* ** Deliver 5-Star Customer Service:
** Greet patients with a warm smile, answer calls, and make everyone feel right at home from the moment they walk in.
* ** Keep Schedule & Operations Moving:
** Manage seamless patient scheduling and appointment confirmations to ensure our doctors and clinical team can maximize patient care time.
* ** Manage Patient Accounts & Records:
** Maintain accurate dental health records, handle insurance eligibility checks, and keep patient accounts up to date.
* ** Support Practice Excellence:
** Pitch in with light general housekeeping and help monitor office stock levels so the team always has what it needs to succeed.

** Qualifications
* ** High School Diploma or equivalent.
* 2+ years of administrative or customer-facing office experience preferred.
* Comfortable with basic computer navigation and digital recordkeeping.
