About This Role
This Pre‑K Teacher opportunity at The Learning Loft serves Preschool (3–5) and requires no formal credential — just relevant experience. Based in Dickson, TN, candidates bring experience in early childhood education and development.
Loblolly Preschool (Fairview Location)We are hiring a 40 hour per week preschool teaching position (ages 3‑5). We are looking for a teacher with:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year or more experience working with preschool-aged children
- TECTA training or in process of CDA, or Associate in Early Childhood
- Degree or higher (e.g., BS in a related field)
- Leadership qualities with good organization & a positive personality
- Versatile individual that understands and applies teaching styles that embrace DAP
- Leadership qualities with good organization & a positive personality
- Versatile individual that understands and applies teaching styles that embrace DAP
- Dependable
- Organizer & keeps a clean and well‑organized classroom
- Understand and applies ECERS scales
- Embraces diversity
- Good classroom management skills
- Outgoing personality
- Pay: $9.00–13.00 per hour (depending on experience/education)
- 4‑day work week
