Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions solutions for Preferred Banking Households;
Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new ones;
Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households;
Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance;
Educates customers on digital banking tools and solutions;
Provides exceptional customer service and resolves issues;
Supports team development by serving as subject matter expert for junior bankers;
Follows bank procedures and complies with laws and regulations
