This Medical Practice Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in multiple locations in Middle Tennessee. The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the medical practice, coordinating administrative tasks, managing patient schedules, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Additional tasks involve supervising staff, managing budgets, implementing policies, and working closely with healthcare professionals to optimize practice performance and patient satisfaction.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills, with experience in supervision and staff coordination.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and medical billing processes.
• Proficiency in practice management software, scheduling systems, and other administrative tools.
• Financial management skills, including budgeting, expense monitoring, and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze and optimize workflow processes within a medical practice setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a healthcare or medical practice environment is highly desirable.
