Responsibilities
  • Maintain behavior compliant with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
  • Perform nursing duties: measure and record vital signs, draw blood, give injections, and perform clinical tasks.
  • Observe patients, chart and report changes in condition, and take necessary action.
  • Operate or oversee X‑Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
  • Explain procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort during X‑Ray scans.
  • Ensure imaging equipment is in proper operating condition.
  • Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.
  • Assist patients utilizing a Virtual Medicine Provider.
  • Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate daily.
  • Adhere to the Core Values of the Company: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
  • Maintain friendly, cordial relations with clients and employees; promote a positive work atmosphere.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence
  • Complete all required preceptor training to onboard and train new hires.
  • Engage with Learning & Development to manage onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Meet new employees on the first day in clinic to facilitate welcome, introductions, facility tours, and clinic process overview.
  • Partner with Learning & Development and new hires to establish a training plan and review schedule.
  • Submit weekly evaluations on trainee progress and communicate concerns to operations leadership.
  • Complete final evaluation and Proof of Proficiency form on the final training day.
Experience Requirements and Preferences
  • At least one year of experience as an X‑Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic setting, preferably Urgent Care.
  • Indiana Residents Only:
    In Indiana, Limited Scope License requires a State License and proof of ARRT License.
Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

License Requirements

Full Scope X‑Ray Technologist State License Compliance.
