Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN | Home Health – Dickson and Surrounding counties!

Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) looking for a flexible role with purpose and real impact? At Tennessee Quality Care, we are seeking a compassionate OT to join our Home Health team on a PRN basis.
Step beyond the traditional clinical setting and provide one-on-one care—helping patients regain independence, improve daily functioning, and enhance their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

- Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with the physician’s plan of care and state practice guidelines
- Develop individualized treatment plans and establish functional goals to improve patient independence
- Communicate plans of care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Teach new skills or retrain patients in activities of daily living impacted by illness or injury
- Fabricate splints and instruct patients in the use of adaptive equipment to enhance function
- Train patients in the use of prosthetic and orthotic devices as appropriate
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including notes, reports, and updates to patient status
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the physician and care team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
- Current registration through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and licensed in the state of practice
- At least two (2) years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist (preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance
