Alana Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable Home Care Aides to provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. If you have a heart for serving others and want meaningful work that truly makes a difference, we’d love to meet you.

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Companionship and engagement
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor

• Prior caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or similar)
• CNA certification a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient

• Competitive pay ($13 - $17 depending on experience)
