- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP-CCC credentials
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Prior experience in school settings preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for working with adolescents to support a range of speech, language, and communication challenges
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Conduct speech and language assessments tailored to student needs
- Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy to students, adapting techniques to a middle or high school environment
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents
- Maintain clear records of student progress and communicate outcomes
- Provide input for IEPs and participate in IEP meetings as required
