Shuttle Driver

Promises / The Ranch TN is seeking a Full-Time Driver to join our Team!

Schedule Wednesday to Saturday 8am to 6:30pm

This position supports one of the trusted behavioral health programs within the Advanced Recovery Systems family. Advanced Recovery Systems is the parent organization of Promises Behavioral Health, The Right Step, and The Ranch, bringing together established treatment brands with a shared commitment to expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based addiction and mental health care.

While you may work primarily with a specific facility or brand, you will be part of a larger, growing organization focused on improving patient outcomes, supporting our employees and strengthening the communities we serve.

The Driverfacilitatesclients' transportation to and from necessary appointments at one of Promises

Behavioral Health Residential Program Facilities.

• Transportsclients per supervisor's directives (for court, ancillary services, etc.)

• Follows emergency procedures exactlyto securesafetyand welfare of clients.

• Notifies appropriate Clinical staff member or Executive Director of any client behavior that could create a risk to the clients’ wellbeing or treatment success.

• Completes andsubmitsare necessary forms and documentation.

• Servesas back-up for residentialassistancesas needed.

• Assists with set-up and take-down for all special eventsand functions.

• Pick upmaildaily.

• Provides tours for aftercare on weekends.

• Transportsclients to special meetings when needed.

• Schedule includes being available duringon-call schedule.

• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Valid Driver's License.

• Class F endorsement (or willing to obtain).

• Clear driving record.

• Current automobile insurance.
• CPR/First Aid Certification isrequiredfor this position. Ifnot CPR/First Aid certified at time of hire, certification must be obtained within the state mandated time frame after first day of employment.
