HR Manager, HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

As the company continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide leadership across the human resources function while partnering closely with operations and executive leadership.
Position Summary
The HR Manager will serve as the primary HR leader for the organization, overseeing employee relations, performance management, compliance, recruiting support, and HR initiatives that drive engagement and organizational growth. This individual will inherit a stable HR environment and work alongside an experienced HR team member who manages many of the day-to-day administrative and hourly HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR resource for leaders and employees across the organization.
- Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and workplace issues.
- Mentor and develop an HR team member while helping expand overall department capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Partner with leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support recruiting efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Review and enhance HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead HR projects focused on improving processes, communication, and employee experience.
- Maintain HR metrics and provide recommendations based on trends and business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Strong background in employee relations and HR leadership.
- Experience mentoring or leading HR team members.
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications are a plus.
