Our southeastern multifamily management company has an opening for an energetic, outgoing, and experienced Property Manager with strong organizational and people skills to oversee two communities:
Brookview Apartments in Dickson, TN, and Whispering Oaks Apartments in Waverly, TN.
YOU MUST have a minimum of 1 year of experience of property management with a proven track record of exceeding owners' expectations.
YOU MUST possess the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with residents, staff, supervisors, vendors, and contractors to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the apartment community.

The Property Manager will manage the apartment community as a business unit to achieve pre-determined marketing and financial results and will train, supervise, and motivate on-site office team members.
Job Responsibilities- Assist Regional Manager in maintaining the physical asset and maximizing the financial returns from that asset in accordance with the owners' objectives.
- Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising all community team members.
- Ensures staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensures staff performance of duties on a timely basis.
- Assists with special projects and administrative tasks.
- Manages multiple properties.
- Additional responsibilities include marketing, leasing, financial reporting and control, and resident relations.
- On-site experience with at least 1 year as a Property Manager is required.
- Strong team player with good communication and people skills and the ability to solve problems, manage time and set priorities.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and well organized.
- Working knowledge of computers, finance, management, and marketing.
- Experience using Property Management Software (highly preferred).
- Rural Development experience is a plus.
- Capable of preparing and analyzing budgets/financial forecasts and working within a budget.
- CAM or other Property Management certification preferred.
- You must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
