Mohawk Industries - - - Responsibilities:
Maintain a safety-first mindset, incorporating ergonomics and hazard elimination in all tasks.;
Monitor and improve product quality and reduce waste through process interventions and testing.;
Perform thickness deviation checks per Quality Management System and re-test when out of specification.;
Create and maintain shift documentation, and lead continuous improvement efforts to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.;
Assist with equipment tasks, including powder delivery system, dry color addition, gas readings on dryers, and developing SOPs for press and fast drying.
