Mohawk Industries - - Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and healthy environment in Sorting, Cutting, Rectification and Wrapper areas;
Ensure safety protocols and ISO 9001:2008 quality system compliance; perform LOTO audits; assist in delivering weekly safety training materials;
Train all new hires in safety, quality policy and management systems, as well as operation of sorting equipment and product knowledge;
Assist Sorting Supervisor in coordinating sorting, cutting, rectification, and wrapper area operations; collaborate with maintenance on operator basic care programs;
Fill-in and relief responsibility for all sorting job functions; understand pallet and box LGV programs and assist LGV coordinator with scheduling
