Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Kiln Operator to monitor tile movement through the kiln firing process in our Tennessee manufacturing facility. Shift hours are 6 PM – 6 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule.
You will ensure safe operation, stock materials, and perform quality checks to support consistent production. Responsibilities include loading/unloading machines, sampling, recording safety and quality data, and following QMS procedures.
