Production Associate ​/ Operator

$19.00 per hour

Weekly pay via direct deposit

3rd Shift

Sunday through Thursday

10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull frequently throughout the workday

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures

Dependable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Perform production, assembly, packaging, and material handling duties

Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery

Inspect products and ensure quality standards are met

Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility

Maintain production records and required documentation

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting

Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations

Strong work ethic and reliability

Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, or general labor experience preferred

Commitment to safety and quality

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
