Job Details:
$21.31 base pay with incentive bonus potential pay on production each bi-weekly paycheck!
Sumiden Wire has the need to bring in an employee to work in our Stainless Wire Plant. Must have prior Manufacturing Machine Experience.
Typical Work Schedule2-3-2 Schedule - Work Week 1: MON, THUR, FRI
Work Week 2: TUE, WED, SAT, SUN
Overtime Pay for Every Paycheck!
Pay- Starting pay: $21.31 per hour
- Night Shift Differential: $ +2.0 per hour
- Production Incentive: percentage range from 5% to 15% of hours worked pay!
- Experience in a fast pace manufacturing environment
- Ability to use precision measuring tools and calculators
- Comfortable with math, unit conversions, production rates, and other tasks
- Good work history

Sumiden Wire Products Corporation was the first manufacturing investment in the United States by Sumitomo Electric Industries (SEI). The investment was made in Stockton, California in 1979 for the production of PC Strand. An additional investment was made in Dickson, TN in 1989 for the production of stainless steel wire. The Tennessee facility expanded its products offering to include PC Strand for the East Coast Market in 1997.
In 2016, Sumiden Wire acquired competitor Industrial Alloys to become the largest single stainless-steel spring wire products producer in the US. In 2017, Sumiden Wire opened our 3rd PC Strand manufacturing plant located in Dayton, Texas to better serve the entire US market from coast-to-coast.
