Nurse Aide

Nurse Aide (CNA) – Long-Term Care

• Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

• Schedule: All shifts available (Day, Evening, Night)

• Provide hands‑on patient care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning

• Measure and record vital signs accurately

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs

• Support residents during meals and feeding as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

• Complete accurate and timely documentation of care

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Tennessee

• CPR certification (preferred)

• Long‑term care experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome
