Travel L&D Registered Nurse

Job Summary

Travel RN LDRP – Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum assignment in Dickson, Tennessee.

Start date:

July 6, 2026. Duration: 12 weeks. 36 hours per week, 12–hour night shifts.

• Assist in labor and delivery, provide postpartum care, and transition newborns.
• Manage obstetric emergencies such as shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and other critical scenarios.
• Perform C‑sections, circumcisions, intra‑uterine monitoring, vacuum or forceps deliveries.
• Provide patient education and discharge instructions for mothers and newborns.

• Registered Nurse with BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring training.
• Experience in labor and delivery.
• Advanced skills in inductions (Pitocin, cervidil).
• Experience with shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage.

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• Fetal Monitoring training

• Attendance on 12‑hour night shifts.
• 36 total weekly hours, 3 shifts per week.
• Dress code:
  Pink and/or brown scrubs per infant security policy.
• May be required to float within the facility and between LDRP & NICU.
