• Number of Beds: LDRP 9 beds, OBED 1 bed, NICU 4 beds, 1 OR suite
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 active labors, inductions, C-sections, couplet care 1:3, newborns 1:1 until stable, NICU 1:3 intermediate care, but 2 NICU nurses must be in the unit if there are
• Unit staffing: no techs or unit secretaries
• Equipment: CPN Central monitoring, IV pumps, infant warmers, tele-med robot for neonatologist, bili-blankets, PCA pumps
• Documentation system:
  Meditech and CPN
• Scheduling: FT 3 shifts per week, rotating weekend and holidays, PRN’s to complete
• Floating policy: staff expected to float anywhere within the facility, some staff cross trained between LDRP & NICU
