Registered Nurse; RN- Weekend Warrior

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest level of quality.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Confirm nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Current, active RN license in the state of residence.
• Current CPR certification.
• Customer‑service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

• 12‑hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday; available for one other day during the week (day or night shifts). Shift differential of $5/hour on weekends and a $9,000 sign‑on bonus.
• Pay range: up to USD $48.03 per hour.
