Key Responsibilities- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
- Monitor patients for adverse symptoms and initiate alternative actions as needed
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs when necessary
- Clinical nursing experience in Med Surg or similar setting
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independent and as part of a healthcare team
