Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care under RN preceptor supervision
• Participate in a structured residency with classroom, simulation, and clinical rotations
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and document in EMR accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
• Monitor patient status, report changes, and respond to emergencies per protocol
