Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Observation (Travel Contract)

Dickson, Tennessee

Contract (13 Weeks) | Travel | Onsite | Weekend Days – Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Projected Start:
August 3, 2026

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Observation unit throughout a 12-hour day shift
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for assigned patients
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate safe and effective patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the medical record
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards throughout all aspects of care delivery

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Tennessee or a compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work a weekend-only schedule (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
• Compliance with all facility health screening and onboarding requirements

• Prior experience in an Observation unit setting
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with HCA-affiliated facility systems and workflows

• Work at a recognized facility known for quality measures and accreditations in a supportive, team-oriented environment
