8-Hour and 12-Hour Shifts

$23–$35 per hour, depending on experience

NHC Health Care Dickson is seeking a caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. This role provides hands‑on nursing care while working closely with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary team.

Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders, established plans of care, and applicable nursing standards.

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.

Observe, evaluate, and report changes in patient or resident condition.

Complete required nursing documentation accurately and on time.

Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, patients, residents, and families.

Assist in implementing individualized plans of care.

Provide direction and support to nursing assistants as appropriate.

Follow infection control, safety, regulatory, and NHC policies and procedures.

Promote a compassionate, respectful, and supportive care environment.

Current Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or a current multistate/compact license that permits practice in Tennessee.

Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.

Graduate Nurses (GNs) and Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) are encouraged to apply.

Current CPR certification as required.

Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
