Compensation

Hourly wage: $20 - $33 per hour

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending majority of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
